AmeriCorps Central Texas celebrated National Service Recognition Day on April 6, 2021, with a virtual appreciation event honoring and recognizing the work of AmeriCorps members serving in Central Texas. Texas House Representative for district 52, James Talarico, a former AmeriCorps member, keynoted the event sharing encouraging words with the Audience.
