4-H Capital Area

Inspires youth to develop into inquiring scientists, citizens of character, partners in service, and engaged community members through participation in project-based learning experiences and collaborative community involvement, through after-school enrichment programs.

Austin Achieve Public Schools

Austin Achieve Public Schools is a public charter school district that serves scholars in Pre-K through 12th grade. Austin Achieve's mission is to prepare Austin's youth to attend and excel in college and life by implementing a rigorous college-readiness curriculum while providing opportunities to support the whole child and improve the community around us.

Breakthrough Central Texas

Creates a path to and through college for students who will become the first in their families to earn a college degree, through out-of-school learning, leadership experiences and comprehensive advising from middle school through college.

College Possible Texas

Coaches motivated students to achieve the benefits of higher education and a postsecondary degree. We pair students with near-peer coaches who provide personalized support to guide students from 11th grade through college graduation. In July 2021, College Possible Texas became part of the national College Possible organization.

Communities in Schools of Central Texas

Builds stronger, more equitable communities where every person is capable of reaching their greatest potential by helping students in under-resourced schools through one-on-one mentorship and bringing together community resources.

Imagine Art

Provides job readiness interventions that equalize opportunities for artists with disabilities to professionally access the arts alongside non-disabled artists in a public art studio setting where artists are making, exhibiting and establishing micro-businesses.

Literacy First

Supports access and equity in literacy education through one-on-one tutoring for Central Texas K-2 students, setting them on a path of excellence in school and in life.

Texas Conservation Corps

The American YouthWorks’ Texas Conservation Corps experience builds leadership skills, connection with community, and provides opportunities to address environmental issues and learn about career pathways in the green jobs sector.

YouthBuild Austin

The American YouthWorks’ YouthBuild Austin program combines education with paid career training, personal and professional development, and service projects at no cost to participants.
